Agreement

By using AnyCoin (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. AnyCoin helps you photograph coins, identify them, and see estimated market values. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial collecting use.

Guest accounts

AnyCoin currently creates an anonymous guest account on your device so your photos can be stored securely. You are responsible for activity on that account. Linking a permanent sign-in method may be offered later; until then, deleting the app or resetting your account may remove access to prior data on this device.

Appraisals are estimates

Values shown in the App are automated estimates based on public catalog and sales data (for example Numista listings and related sources). They are not formal appraisals, insurance valuations, or offers to buy or sell. Condition, authenticity, market timing, and other factors can change real-world prices. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt our services, scrape or overload identification systems, upload unlawful content, or reverse engineer the App beyond what applicable law allows. You must only upload photos you have the right to use.

Intellectual property

The App, branding, and original software are owned by AnyCoin and its licensors. Catalog text, images, and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to their terms. You retain rights to photos you capture; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide identification and backup features.

Disclaimer & limitation

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyCoin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on identification or value estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the prior twelve months (if any).

Changes
